Rowan has travelled the world gathering experience and recipes for many different foods which he lovingly recreates at Chateau l’Argeles for his guests
Following his work in a restaurant in the South of France he was inspired to study at Le Cordon Bleu London School of Cookery and at Leiths London School of Cookery.
Now continuing with his passion, cooking, he hopes you will enjoy the classic French dishes and the variety of international cuisine he cooks and serves at Chateau l’Argeles.
